摘要
针对多配送中心车辆路径问题,采用智能体联盟思想,建立软时间窗下,以配送成本与惩罚成本之和最小化为目标的车辆配送模型,根据模型特点运用改进蚁群算法进行求解。先通过轮盘赌法让蚁群随机选择配送中心出发,再实施交叉、翻转操作,增加种群多样性,每次循环后添加最优路径额外信息素,指定精英蚂蚁,来避免传统蚁群算法陷入局部最优和收敛早熟的弊端,最后通过实例对比验证模型和算法的合理性与有效性。
Due to the Multi-Depot Vehicle Routing Problem(MDVRP),this paper adopts the idea of agents alliance to establish a vehicle distribution model under soft time window,which aims at minimizing the sum of distribution cost and penalty cost.According to the characteristics of the model,an improved ant colony algorithm is used to solve the problem.First,the ant colony randomly chooses the distribution center to start,and then performs the crossover and reversal operations to increase the diversity of the colony.After each cycle,the ant colony adds additional pheromones of the optimal path and assigns the elite ants,in order to avoid the disadvantages of local optimization and premature convergence of traditional ant colony algorithm,the rationality and validity of the model and algorithm are verified by examples.
