某舰炮瞄准装置ZL205A底座断裂原因分析 被引量:3

摘要 针对某舰炮瞄准装置ZL205A底座在使用过程中,在射击时的冲击振动下出现断裂故障,利用ANSYS Workbench仿真平台进行有限元分析校核,采用金相显微镜、环境扫描电子显微镜、全谱直读等离子体发射光谱仪、透射电子显微镜等设备进行理化分析检测,查找断裂原因。根据有限元分析校核结果和理化分析检测结果,结合装备实弹射击试验验证情况、海上试验验证情况和装备专项环境试验验证情况,全面考虑底座的选材、铸造质量、防护措施、使用环境条件和维护保养状况,得出底座断裂的原因为:底座材料ZL205A具有晶间腐蚀敏感性,底座铸件存在缺陷,因防腐措施不到位、使用环境条件恶劣和维护保养困难等多种因素综合作用,导致底座腐蚀,最终出现断裂。 In view of the fracture failure of ZL205 A base of a naval gun aiming device in the process of use under the impact vibration during shooting, the ANSYS Workbench simulation platform was used for finite element analysis and verification, with the metallographic microscope, environmental scanning electron microscope, full spectrum direct reading, plasma emission spectrometer, transmission electron microscope and some other equipment used to carry out the physical and chemical analysis and detection to find the cause of the fracture. According to the verification results of finite element analysis, in combinition with the verification results of live firing test and sea test of the equipment, based on the results of physical and chemical analysis and detection, alongside the verification results of special environmental test of the equipment, and through comprehensively considering the material selection, casting quality, protectivemeasures, use environment conditions and maintenance conditions of the base casting, the causes of the base fracture are: ZL205 A, the base material, has a variety of factors, such as intergranular corrosion sensitivity, defects in the base casting, the inadequate anti-corrosion measures, the poor service environmental conditions and maintenance difficulties, which lead to the base corrosion and eventual fracture.
