土壤中总石油烃(C10-C40)的测定超声萃取-气相色谱法的方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过对比3种溶剂体系,正己烷,正己烷/丙酮1∶1,正己烷/二氯甲烷1∶1萃取土壤样品中的总石油烃,发现正己烷/丙酮1∶1的溶剂体系回收率显著高于其他两种体系。加速溶剂萃取与超声萃取方法比较,回收率基本保持在一个水平上,超声萃取所用耗材少,操作简单,更适合于批量化生产,通过洁净度实验选择最佳的清洗方法。结果表明:该方法能够满足土壤中总石油烃的分析要求,前处理程序简单快速,分析重复性好,检测结果高效准确,对生产型实验室大批量石油烃样品的测定具有显著优势。该方法已应用于北京某地区上千件土壤样品石油烃的测定,得到了高质量的检测数据。 Total petroleum hydrocarbons in soil were ultra-sonically extracted with different solvents,i.e.,n-hexane,n-hexane/acetone(1:1),and n-hexane/dichloromethan(1:1),results showed that the recovery of Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons in solvent n-hexane/acetone(1:1)was significantly higher than the solvents,i.e.,n-hexane and n-hexane/dichloromethan(1:1).The ultrasonic extraction methods was compared with accelerated solvent extraction in this study,and the recoveries of total petroleum hydrocarbons remain at the same level.In addition,the ultra-sonic extraction method has obvious advantages that is less material consumption,simple operation,more suitable for mass treatment and high in cleanliness.The results show that the method can be used to extract total petroleum hydrocarbons in soil since the preparation procedures is simply,high efficiency,and good in reproducibility and accuracy.Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons in soil samples from Beijing were measured with the newly established methods,and the results were satisfactory.
