摘要
通过对测扭轴结构、试验技术要求的分析,确定试验方案,论述了测扭轴扭转刚度试验设备的设计及试验测试原理。利用试验设备将测扭轴逐级加载到最大值,再逐级卸载到零,测扭轴两端的数显倾角仪测出两端的扭转角差,利用公式计算得出其刚度值。试验证明了测扭轴试验设备设计合理,试验原理及测量方法正确,测量数据真实可靠,完全满足测扭轴扭转刚度试验要求。
Through the analysis of the structure and test technical requirements of the torsion shaft,the test scheme is determined,and the design and test principle of the test equipment for measuring the torsional stiffness of the torsion shaft are discussed.The test equipment is used to load the torsion shaft to the maximum value step by step,and then unload to zero step by step.The digital inclinometer at both ends of the torsion shaft is used to measure the difference of torsion angle at both ends,and the stiffness value is calculated by formula.The test results show that the design of the test equipment is reasonable,the test principle and measurement method are correct,and the measurement data are true and reliable,which fully meet the requirements of torsional stiffness test.
