摘要
城市二级医院是我国三级医疗卫生服务体系的"枢纽",在体系中起着承上启下的作用。通过对新医改背景下上海市二级医院的发展困境进行分析,提出有针对性的政策建议,为上海市二级医院的发展提供借鉴。
Urban second-class hospitals are the center of Chinese tertiary medical and health service system,and they play a role in linking the previous and the next in the system.This study analyzes the development dilemma of Shanghai’s second-class hospitals under the background of the new medical reform,and proposes targeted policy recommendations to provide reference for the development of Shanghai second-class hospitals.
