摘要
在湘粤山区仁新高速公路施工中,坪田隧道为较长的公路隧道,为优化长大隧道施工过程中的绿色环保节能施工问题,减少混凝土喷射时的回弹率以及粉尘的产生,提出了与混凝土湿喷机配套施工工艺;同时对该整套施工技术及其工艺原理进行了研究分析,有效降低了工作时间,提高了工作效率,节省了施工成本,大幅提高了施工的安全性,减少了劳动力的使用,大幅提高了经济效益。同时优化了绿色环保施工的工艺,为同类工程提供借鉴。
In the construction of Renxin Expressway in Xiangyueshan District,Pingtian Tunnel is a long highway tunnel.In order to optimize the environmental protection and energy-saving construction problems during the construction of long and large tunnels,it is proposed to reduce the rebound rate and the generation of dust during concrete spraying.The construction technology supporting the concrete wet spraying machine;at the same time,the whole construction technology and the principle of the technology are studied and analyzed,which effectively reduces the working time,improves the work efficiency,saves the construction cost,greatly improves the safety of the construction,and reduces the use of labor,which has greatly improved economic efficiency.At the same time,the construction technology of green environmental protection construction is optimized to provide reference for similar projects.
