摘要
以超导科琴黑(KB)作为单质硒(Se)材料的复合载体,采用热处理法制备了Se/KB复合正极材料,研究了制备的Se/KB复合材料的电化学性能。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、交流阻抗(EIS)和恒流充放电测试技术,对Se/KB复合材料的物相及电化学性能进行了分析研究。结果表明:该Se/KB复合材料具有较好的比容量和循环性能,0.2C倍率下,初始放电比容量达到665.3mAh/g,循环30周后,比容量达到334.7mAh/g,库仑效率为97.1%。
Se/KB composite was synthesized by heat-treatment,respectively,using super conductive ketjen black(KB)as carrier of element selenium(Se).The electrochemical performance of Se/KB composites was investigated.The phase and electrochemical properties of Se/KB composite were analyzed by XRD,SEM,EIS and galvanostatic chargedischarge tests.The results showed that Se/KB composite owned better specific capacity and cycle performance.At0.2 C,the initial discharge capacity reached 665.3 mAh/g,even after 30 cycles,the composite can maintain a capacity of334.7 mAh/g and coulombic efficiency of 97.1%.
