摘要
杜仲为补肾中药,具有补肝肾、强筋骨和安胎等功效。研究显示杜仲炮制后尤其是经过盐炙后作用增强,活性部位主要为水萃取部位;杜仲可抑制大鼠离体子宫的自发活动、降低其频率和收缩强度、对抗垂体后叶素引起的子宫收缩,可改善妊娠期高血压患者妊娠结局和预后,其可能的机制包括改善血管内皮细胞的功能、母胎免疫调节、补充微量元素、增强肾上腺皮质功能以及抗氧化作用,也可能是多种活性成份通过多靶点起到安胎作用,其具体分子机制还有待深入探讨,这对促进杜仲和杜仲叶在围产医学领域的开发和应用具有重要意义。
Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.is a traditional Chinese medicine,which has the effects of nourishing liver and kidney,strengthening bones and muscles,and preventing miscarriage.The results showed that the effect of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.was enhanced after processing,especially after stir-frying with salt water,and the main active parts were water extraction parts.Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.can inhibit the spontaneous activity of isolated rat uterus,reducing its frequency and contraction intensity,and resisting the uterine contraction caused by Pituitrin,thus improving the pregnancy outcome and prognosis of hypertensive patients during pregnancy.The possible mechanisms include improving the function of vascular endothelial cells,maternal and fetal immune regulation,supplementation of trace elements,enhancement of adrenocortical function and anti-oxidation.It may also be a variety of active components play a role in miscarriage prevention through multiple targets,and its specific molecular mechanism remains to be further discussed.It is of great significance to promote the development and application of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.and Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.leaves in the field of perinatal medicine.
