摘要
健美操是一项广受学生尤其是女学生青睐的运动,通过对健美操的长期锻炼,能够有效促进机体健康发展,并使人拥有良好的精神状态。如今,我国各大高校纷纷将健美操引入到体育课程体系中,以充分发挥其对于促进大学生身心健康的重要作用。然而,如今我国高校在开展健美操教学的过程中,仍然存在一定的问题,进而大大限制了健美操运动功能的实现,并对我国高校体育教学水平的显著突破产生了很大的限制作用。所以,该文先对我国高校健美操教学中存在的比较明显且影响较大的问题进行剖析,然后针对这些问题提出行之有效的解决策略,以期能够助力于我国高校健美操教学效果的显著提升。
Aerobics is a popular sport among students,especially female students.Long-term exercise of aerobics can effectively promote the healthy development of the body and make people have a good mental state.Nowadays,major universities in our country have introduced aerobics into the physical education curriculum system in order to give full play to its important role in promoting the physical and mental health of college students.However,there are still some problems in the process of carrying out calisthenics teaching in colleges and universities in our country,which greatly limits the realization of the function of calisthenics and greatly restricts the significant breakthrough in the level of physical education teaching in colleges and universities in our country.Therefore,this paper first analyzes the obvious and influential problems in aerobics teaching in colleges and universities in our country,and then puts forward effective solutions to these problems,in order to help improve the effect of aerobics teaching in colleges and universities in our country.
