输卵管癌肉瘤MR误诊为卵巢癌1例 被引量：3

A case of fallopian tube carcinosarcoma misdiagnosed as ovarian cancer on MR

摘要 患者女,50岁。主诉:转移性右下腹痛1个月。现病史:患者1个月前出现无明显诱因上腹部疼痛,疼痛呈持续性隐痛,无阵发性加剧,无明显放散痛。6 h前疼痛逐渐转移并固定于右下腹,伴有恶心及呕吐,为求进一步诊治来我院就诊。该患者发病以来,无发热,无腹胀及腹泻,无黑便,无黄疸;无进行性消瘦、午后低热、夜间盗汗等。饮食、二便正常,睡眠良好。既往病史:有2型糖尿病2年,胰岛素治疗,血糖控制好。盆腔超声显示右下腹至子宫上方不均质低回声包块。
