摘要 针对FDM6021-4803型号的无框电机进行驱动器的硬件电路设计。以TMS320 F28335芯片为控制核心,通过搭建DSP外围控制电路,设计多电源匹配电路、PWM驱动电路、MOSFET逆变桥电路、电流检测电路、位置反馈电路和保护电路等模块,实现一类无框交流伺服电机的实用驱动功能。详细阐述了各个电路模块的元器件参数和选型,通过硬件平台eEEP1000N电力电子实验装置进行实验调试,基于SVPWM调制技术控制电机电枢电流的同时,使用CSpacewatch上位机软件观测电机运行状态,验证表明此驱动器控制电机运行可靠且具有较高的性能指标和抗干扰能力。 This paper mainly designs the hardware circuit of FDM6021-4803 frameless motor driver.Taking TMS320F28335 chip as the control core,the practical driving function of a kind of frameless AC servo motor is realized by building DSP peripheral control circuit,designing modules such as multi power matching circuit,PWM driving circuit,MOSFET inverter circuit,current detection circuit,speed detection circuit and protection circuit.The parameters and selection of the components of each circuit module are described in detail.The experimental debugging is carried out through the eEEP1000N power electronic experimental device on the hardware platform.While the armature current of the motor is controlled based on SVPWM modulation technology,the operation state of the motor is observed by the upper computer software of CSpacewatch.The verification shows that the driver can control the motor reliably and has high performance index and anti interference capability.
