摘要
中国特色社会主义进入了新时代,对高校德育教育提出了新的要求。在以“德育”作为高校教育方向的基础上,如何解决当前高校德育教育中存在的问题,提高德育教育成效,科学探索青年大学生德育教育建设的路径,是新时代德育教育的关键。目前,大学生德育教育与职业教育兼容度不足,德育教育主体关注程度不足,德育教育内容和方式较为单一。社会风气、应试教育、家庭和学校是其主要原因。加强德育教育,应该发挥大学生的自主性,创新德育教育方式,加强师资建设。
Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,which inevitably puts forward new requirements for moral education in colleges and universities.Given that“moral education”is the base of college education,how to solve the existing problems in current moral education,improve the effectiveness of moral education,and scientifically explore the path of moral education construction for young college students are the critical work.At present,the degree of compatibility between moral education and vocational education for college students is insufficient,the attention paid to the subject of moral education is inadequate,and the content and mode of moral education are relatively simple.The main reasons lie in the influence of social ethos,the neglect caused by the emphasis on examination oriented education and the failure of the coordination between family and school in moral education.Therefore,it is necessary to exert the autonomy of college students,innovate the way of moral education,and strengthen the construction of teaching staff to improve the effect of moral education.
