摘要
川西SF采气管理区已在2016年率先完成地面集输系统信息化改造,在建设及运行过程中发现在仪表设备、计量模式、网络传输、组织管理等方面存在不足,川西其余三个管理区在SF采气管理区信息化建设的基础上开展优化,仪表设备选用全无线通信,计量装置选用一体化流量采集装置,网络传输采用"4G+租用专线+光缆"结合的方式,组织机构优化为"采气厂+管理区+专业化班组"的模式。依托信息化建设,重塑管理流程,优化组织机构,减少了劳动用工。本次川西气区通过实施信息化提升工程进一步降低了生产运行成本,盘活了人力资源,降本增效作用明显。实践效果表明优化后具有更好的适应性和经济效益,进一步提高了川西气区地面集输系统的运行效率和管理质量。下一步川西气区可在单井连续计量及"厂管站"管理模式等方向持续开展优化提升工作。
SF management area in western Sichuan completed information transformation of the surface gathering and transportation system first in 2016.There are shortcomings on the aspects of instrument and equip-ment,measurement mode,network transmission,organization and management during construction and operation.In other three management areas in western Sichuan,information construction is optimized based on that of SF:wireless communication for the instrument and equipment,integrated flow collection device as metering device,combination of "4G,leased private line and cable" adopted for network transmission,and the mode of "gas recovery plant+management area+professional team" as the optimized organization. The management process is set up again,the organization is optimized,and labor employment is reduced based on the information construction.Information improvement project implemented in western Sichuan gas area makes the cost cut and invigorates human resources gaining obvious benefits.The practical results show that the optimized system has better adaptability and economic benefits,and the operation efficiency and management quality of the surface gathering and transportation system in the western Sichuan gas area are further improved.In the next step,continuous optimization and upgrading work should be carried out on the aspects of continuous measure-ments for single well and "station managed by plant" mode in the western Sichuan gas area.
