摘要
注意缺陷多动障碍又称儿童多动综合征,简称多动症,对患儿的学业成绩、适应能力、社会交往能力等造成广泛影响。王晓燕教授从事中西医儿科医疗、教学、科研工作30余年,治疗多动症主张以八纲辨证为主,结合脏腑辨证,以调和阴阳为基本治疗原则,实则泻之,虚则补之,虚实夹杂者治以攻补兼施,标本兼顾,结合临床辨证及不同的症状表现用药,并配合日常生活调理取得满意疗效。
Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,also known as hyperactivity syndrome in children,has a wide range of effects on children’s academic performance,adaptability and social interaction. Professor Wang Xiaoyan has been engaged in the pediatric medical treatment,teaching and scientific research work of Chinese and western medicine more than 30 years,and is given priority to with eight principles differentiation,combined with syndrome differentiation of zang-fu viscera,to harmonize yin and yang as the basic therapeutic principles,treating excess syndrome with purgative method,treating deficiency syndrome with tonifying method,intermingled deficiency and excess should in combination with clinical syndrome differentiation and different symptoms of drug use,cooperate with the daily life recuperation,and the curative effect is satisfactory.
