摘要
目的探讨舒适护理干预对胃息肉手术患者疼痛和护理满意度的影响。方法选取2019年1~12月江西省抚州市第一人民医院接受内镜下黏膜切除术治疗的64例胃息肉患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组各32例。两组行内镜下黏膜切除术治疗,对照组采取常规护理,观察组实施舒适护理,比较两组的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、术后恢复情况(肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间及住院时间)及护理满意度。结果术后2 h两组的VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后24 h观察组的VAS评分为(3.27±1.04)分,低于对照组的(6.52±1.01)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的首次排气时间[(1.57±0.20)d]、首次排便时间[(2.16±0.34)d]、肠鸣音恢复时间[(1.24±0.11)d]、住院时间[(7.56±1.54)d],短于对照组的(2.08±0.24)、(2.85±0.36)、(1.69±0.14)、(12.27±2.35)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理总满意度为96.88%,高于对照组的71.88%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理能减轻胃息肉手术患者的术后疼痛,加快患者康复,提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing intervention on pain score and nursing satisfaction of patients undergoing gastric polyp operation.Methods From January 2019 to December,64 patients with gastric polyps who received endoscopic mucosal resection in Fuzhou First People′s Hospital,Jiangxi Province were selected and divided into two groups,32 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with endoscopic mucosal resection,the control group was used routine nursing,the observation group was used comfortable nursing.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,postoperative recovery(bowel sound recovery time,first exhaust time,first defecation time and hospitalization time)and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups at 2 h postoperatively(P>0.05);VAS score of the observation group was(3.27±1.04)points at 24 h postoperatively,lower than that of the control group of(6.52±1.01)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The first exhaust time of the observation group was(1.56±1.54)d,time of first bowel movement was(2.16±0.34)d,recovery time of bowel sounds was(1.24±0.11)d,hospital stay was(7.56±1.54)d,shorter than those of the control group of(2.08±0.24),(2.85±0.36),(1.69±0.14)and(12.27±2.35)d,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.88%,higher than that of the control group of 71.88%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing can reduce the postoperative pain of patients with gastric polyp operation,accelerate the recovery of patients,and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
