摘要
当前,在世界百年未有之大变局背景下,社会思潮纷纭激荡,尤其是以民粹主义为典型的不良社会思潮对我国经济社会发展带来了消极影响。应当切实增强风险隐患意识,不断强化战略思维和底线思维,高度警惕民粹主义所衍生的凸显发展中的社会矛盾、干扰破坏网络空间治理、造成部分群体盲目极化、影响意识形态安全等问题。在关注引导青少年群体、规范治理网络平台、舒缓调适社会心理等方面加强重点防范,并着眼长远和未来,强化批判、剖析和应对,通过持续巩固马克思主义在意识形态领域的指导地位、涵育弘扬社会主义核心价值观、全面推动国家治理体系和治理能力稳健提升、构建社会思潮评估预警机制,从根本上实现对民粹主义等不良社会思潮的疏导消解。
While the world is marked by changes unseen in a century,various social thoughts are surging.In particular,unhealthy social thoughts represented by populism have brought negative influences on our economic and social development.We should strengthen effectively the consciousness of risk prevention;and intensify continuously the strategic and bottom-line thinking,so as to keep high alert on the issues,such as the social conflicts emerging in development,the destructive interference in cyber governance,the polarization of some social groups as well as the ideological security,which might be derived from populism.We should also concentrate on certain key areas of preventing populism,such as leading youth groups,regulating internet platforms,as well as soothing and accommodating social psychology.In the long term,populism and other unhealthy social thoughts should be criticized,analyzed,channelized and dispelled by solidifying persistently the guiding role of Marxism in ideology,promoting the core values of socialism,modernizing stably and comprehensively enhancing China’s system and capacity for governance,as well as building the assessment and alert system of unhealthy social thoughts.
