摘要
"三产融合"作为"产业兴旺"的内涵之一,是实施"乡村振兴"战略的重要举措,为判断并提高农民合作社三产融合水平,从农业产业链延伸、农业多功能性拓展、农业服务业发展、经济效应与社会效应5个方面构建了农民合作社三产融合水平评价指标体系,运用因子分析法与聚类分析法进行实证分析,对52家农民合作社三产融合水平进行打分、排名、归类。结果表明:黑龙江省农民合作社三产融合水平有待提高,农业产业链延伸对农民合作社三产融合水平影响最大。并针对融合过程存在的问题,提出了融合多种行业,延伸农业产业链;建立本土品牌,发挥品牌效应;注重理论指导与人才培养,科学管理;完善电商服务,拓宽销售渠道;加强宣传,提高合作社三产融合积极性;积极与企业合作,弥补自身短板的对策建议,以期促进农业与二三产业深度融合。
As one of the connotation of ‘industrial prosperity’,the integration of three industries is an important measure to implement the ‘Rural Revitalization’ strategy.In order to promote the improvement of the integration level of the three industries of farmers′ cooperatives,this paper constructed the evaluation index system of the integration level of the three industries of farmers′ cooperatives from five aspects,the extension of agricultural industry chain,the expansion of agricultural multi-function,the development of agricultural service industry,economic effect and social effect,and used factor analysis and cluster analysis to carry out empirical analysis,scoring,ranking and categorizing the level of integration of three industries of 52 farmers′ cooperatives.The results showed that the integration level of three industries of farmers′ cooperatives in Heilongjiang Province needed to be improved,and the extension of the agricultural industry chain had the greatest impact on the integration level of three industries of farmers′ cooperatives.Moreover,in view of the problems faced by the integration of three industries of farmers′ cooperatives,this paper proposed to integrate various industries,extend the agricultural industry chain;establish local brands,give full play to the brand effect;pay attention to theoretical guidance and personnel training,scientifically management;improve e-commerce services,expand sales channels;strengthen propaganda and enhance the initiative of integration of three industries in farmers′ cooperatives;actively cooperate with enterprises to made up for their own shortcomings,in order to promote the deep integration of agriculture and secondary and tertiary industries.
