摘要
目的:探讨注水进镜与空气注气进镜在结肠镜操作中对受检者耐受性的影响。方法:2017年7月-2018年12收治接受结肠镜检查的受检者200例,随机分为两组,各100例。对照组采用空气注气进镜结肠镜检查;研究组采用注水进镜结肠镜检查。比较两组耐受性。结果:研究组进镜时间、退镜时间、插管总时间均显著短于对照组,结肠息肉检出率显著高于对照组,检查后1 h腹胀发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组检查中、检查后VAS评分显著低于对照组,耐受性评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:注水进镜可优化结肠镜检查过程,检查时间短,可缓解检查造成的疼痛感,提高受检者的耐受性,有利于提高结肠息肉检出率。
Objective:To investigate the effects of water injection and air injection on the tolerance of patients during colonoscopy.Methods:From July 2017 to December 2018,200 patients who underwent colonoscopy were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups with 100 cases in each group.The control group was examined by air injection colonoscopy.The study group was examined by water injection colonoscopy.The tolerance of the two groups was compared.Results:The entry time,withdrawal time and total intubation time in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the detection rate of colonic polyps in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of abdominal distension 1 hour after examination in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During and after examination,the VAS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the tolerance score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Injection of water into colonoscopy can optimize the process of colonoscopy,take a short time,relieve the pain caused by examination,improve the tolerance of patients,and improve the detection rate of colonic polyps.
