摘要
通过文献分析和专家在线访谈识别建筑企业内个体知识共享的影响因素,采用结构方程模型对初始识别的影响因素进行实证筛选。根据模型输出的标准化路径系数得出影响建筑企业内个体知识共享的关键影响因素,据此提出相应的建议和对策,以提高建筑企业内知识的共享性,进而提高企业的竞争力。
Based on the literature analysis and expert online interview,the influencing factors of individual knowledge sharing in construction enterprises were identified.Then the structural equation model was used to empirically select the influencing factors of initial identification.According to the standardized path coefficient of model output,the key influencing factors of individual knowledge sharing in construction enterprises are obtained,and finally the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to improve the sharing of knowledge in construction enterprises,so as to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
