摘要
目的浅析内分泌科持续护理质量改进中PDCA循环联合项目管理法的应用效果。方法该院内分泌科自2019年1月起实施PDCA循环联合项目管理,自该管理措施实施前后各选取38例进行治疗的患者为研究对象,PDCA循环联合项目管理前抽取的38例为对照组,实施PDCA循环联合项目管理后抽取的38例为研究组,统计比对两组护理人员护理工作评分以及患者对护理工作的满意情况。结果研究组护理人员管理干预之后基础护理质量评分(94.6±4.3)分、健康教育质量评分(97.3±4.6)分、医师配合度评分(98.2±5.1)分、查房质量评分(97.3±3.0)分、护理文书书写评分(98.4±3.6)分与对照组相比均较高,研究组患者对护理工作的满意度评分与对照组相比较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内分泌科持续护理质量改进中PDCA循环联合项目管理法的实施对于内分泌科室护理工作质量的提升有非常重要的促进作用,能够有效提升护理工作质量,提升患者对护理工作的满意程度,值得普及应用。
Objective To analyze the application effect of PDCA cycle combined project management method in the continuous nursing quality improvement of the endocrinology department.Methods The Department of Endocrinology in the hospital implemented the PDCA cycle joint project management in January 2019.Since the implementation of the management measures,38 patients were selected for treatment as the research object,and the 38 cases drawn before the PDCA cycle joint project management were the control group.After the implementation of the PDCA cycle joint project management,38 cases were selected as the study group,and the nursing work scores of the two groups of nursing staff and the patients'satisfaction with the nursing work were statistically compared.Results After the management intervention of nursing staff in the study group,the basic nursing quality score(94.6±4.3)points,health education quality score(97.3±4.6)points,physician cooperation score(98.2±5.1)points,ward round quality score(97.3±3.0)points,and nursing document writing score(98.4±3.6)points were all higher than those in the control group.The satisfaction score was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the PDCA cycle combined project management method in the continuous nursing quality improvement of the endocrinology department plays a very important role in improving the quality of nursing work in the endocrinology department.It can effectively improve the quality of nursing work and improve patients'satisfaction with nursing work.It is worthy of popularization and application.
