别嘌呤醇与非布司他治疗痛风伴高尿酸血症的疗效对照研究 被引量:9

A comparative study on the efficacy of allopurinol and febuxostat in the treatment of gout with hyperuricemia

摘要 目的探讨别嘌呤醇与非布司他治疗痛风伴高尿酸血症的疗效。方法选择2017年3月-2019年9月浙江省东阳市人民医院筛选出的HLA-B5801阴性痛风合并高尿酸血症患者214例,按随机数表法分为别嘌呤醇组及非布司他组,每组各107例。别嘌呤醇组口服别嘌呤醇缓释胶囊次0.25g/次,1次/d,同时服用碳酸氢钠片,每次1g,3次/d;非布司他组口服非布司他片,每次80mg,1次/d,同时服用碳酸氢钠片,服用方法同前。两组均连续用药8周。比较治疗前后两组炎性因子(TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6)、血尿酸水平、痛风症状改善情况、疗效及不良反应。结果治疗后非布司他组炎性因子和血尿酸水平均低于别嘌呤醇组(P<0.05);痛风症状改善情况及疗效优于别嘌呤醇组(P<0.01);差异均有统计学意义。非布司他治疗的不良反应并无增加。结论采用非布司他治疗痛风伴高尿酸血症患者的疗效优于别嘌呤醇,且安全性较好,值得临床推广使用。
