摘要
短跑虽然只是短距离、短时间的竞技性项目,但体能也是最后冲刺的决定性条件,在普通高校学生本身技术基础比较薄弱,而且作为已经成年的普通高校学生,他们在高校只有3~4年的时间,在柔韧性、协调性等方面的发展空间不大,体能就显得更为重要。短跑是一项极限项目,它是要求在运动员在缺氧甚至是在无氧条件下完成的项目,如果没有充足的体能支撑,人体的运动器官和内脏器官根本无法承受,所以在普通高校学生田径短跑运动员体能训练成了首要任务。
Although sprint is only a short-distance and short-term competitive event,physical fitness is also the decisive condition for the final sprint.In ordinary colleges and universities,students’own technical foundation is relatively weak,and as adult college students,they have only 3~4 years’time in colleges and universities,and there is little room for development in flexibility and coordination,so physical fitness is more important.Sprint is an extreme event,which requires athletes to complete hypoxia or even anaerobic conditions.If there is no adequate physical support,the human body’s organs and internal organs can’t bear it.Therefore,the physical training of college Students’track and field sprinters has become the primary task.
