摘要
目的:观察小儿智力糖浆联合心理干预治疗小儿多动症的临床效果。方法:将小儿多动症患者150例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组75例。对照组给予心理干预治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上联合小儿智力糖浆治疗。观察比较2组治疗后临床疗效及Conners父母症状问卷(PSQ)评分。结果:总有效率观察组为97.33%,对照组为84.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者学习问题、焦虑、身心障碍、多动指数等PSQ评分均明显低于较对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿智力糖浆联合心理干预治疗小儿多动症疗效确切,可有效缓解患者临床症状,提高生活质量。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xiao’er Zhili tangjiang combined with psychological intervention for hyperkinetic syndrome of childhood. Methods:A total of 150 cases of children with hyperkinetic syndrome were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,75 cases in each group. The control group was given psychological intervention,and the observation group was additionally treated with Xiao’er Zhili tangjiang based on the treatment of the control group. After treatment,the clinical effect and the scores of Conners Parent Symptom Questionnaire(PSQ) in the two groups were observed and compared. Results:The total effective rate was 97.33% in the observation group and 84.00% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). The PSQ scores including learning problems, anxiety,psychosomatic disorder and hyperactivity indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of Xiao’er zhili tangjiang combined with psychological intervention for hyperkinetic syndrome of childhood has definite curative effect,and can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients and improve their quality of life.
