摘要
目的:对比分析双水平气道正压通气与持续气道正压通气治疗急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者效果。方法:选取2017年2月~2020年3月收治的122例急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者分为A、B组,A组给予双水平气道正压通气治疗,B组给予持续气道正压通气治疗,比较两组临床指标,治疗前后血气分析指标。结果:A组住院时间、机械通气时间较B组显著缩短,气管插管率、病死率分别为16.39%、29.51%较B组的34.43%显著降低(P<0.05),治疗前两组血气分析指标无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后A组患者PaCO2、PaO2、SpO2指标水平改善更显著(P<0.05)。结论:与持续气道正压通气相比,双水平气道正压通气治疗急性呼吸窘迫综合征效果更优,改善患者的临床症状,提高肺功能,尤其是换气/通气功能显著提高,值得推广。
Objective:To compare and analyze the effects of bi-level positive airway pressure and continuous positive airway pressure in the treatment of patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome.Methods:122 patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome admitted from February 2017 to March 2020 were selected and divided into groups A and B.Group A was given bilevel positive airway pressure therapy,and group B was given continuous positive airway pressure therapy.The clinical indicators of the two groups were compared,and the blood gas analysis indicators before and after treatment were compared.Results:Hospital stay and mechanical ventilation time were significantly shorter than those of group B.The tracheal intubation rate and fatality rate were 16.39%and 29.51%,respectively,which were significantly lower than 34.43%of group B(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in blood gas analysis indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the PaCO2,PaO2,and SpO2 index levels of group A patients improved significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with continuous positive airway pressure,bi-level positive airway pressure is effective in treating acute respiratory distress syndrome better,improves the clinical symptoms of patients,and lung function,especially the significant improvement of ventilation/ventilation function,which is worthy of promotion.
