摘要
高校教师团队中高校辅导员是重要组成,能够为学生提供思想上的指导,保证学校氛围的和谐稳定。对于高校辅导员来说,不断提高自身的专业能力以及素质能力非常重要,这也是高校辅导员必然要经历的成长,通过提高职业能力,使高校辅导员队伍更加职业化。因此为探究如何提高高校辅导员的各方面素质,该文从高校辅导员面对的常见问题进行分析,对其进行浅薄的分析。
College counselors are an important part of the college teachers’team,which can provide ideological guidance for students and ensure the harmony and stability of the school atmosphere.For college counselors,it is very important to continuously improve their professional ability and quality,which is also the inevitable growth that college counselors must experience.By improving their professional ability,the team of college counselors can become more professional.Therefore,in order to explore how to improve the quality of college counselors,this paper analyzes the common problems faced by college counselors and makes superficial analysis.
