摘要
迄今为止,脓毒症在医学界仍然是一个难题。研究表明,脓毒症早期促炎和抗炎共同发生,高病死率与后期免疫抑制有关。大量研究显示,程序性死亡受体-1(PD-1)和白细胞介素-35(IL-35)在脓毒症中起着免疫调控的作用,脓毒症发生时PD-1和IL-35的升高可以引起免疫抑制,而通过PD-1和IL-35调节免疫抑制可以降低死亡率。基于此,本文主要对PD-1和IL-35与脓毒症免疫抑制的关系、发生机制以及治疗现状进行综述,以期为脓毒症的诊疗提供理论基础。
So far,sepsis is still a problem in the medical community.Studies have shown that early pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory co-occurrence of sepsis,and the high fatality rate is related to late immunosuppression.A large number of studies have shown that programmed death receptor-1(PD-1)and interleukin-35(IL-35)play an immunomodulatory role in sepsis.PD-1 and IL-35 increase can cause immunosuppression,and the regulation of immunosuppression through PD-1 and IL-35 can reduce mortality.Based on this,this article mainly reviews the relationship between PD-1 and IL-35 and the immunosuppression of sepsis,the mechanism and the current status of treatment,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of sepsis.
