几种药剂对不同发育阶段冬型梨木虱卵的防控效果评价 被引量:7

Evaluation of the Control Effects of Several Insecticides on the Eggs of Winter Pear Psylla in Different Developmental Stages

摘要 [目的]通过室内与田间试验,选择防控冬型梨木虱卵的药剂,并确定施药时期。[方法]选择石硫合剂、10%吡丙醚乳油、45%马拉硫磷乳油、30%吡丙·虫螨腈悬浮剂、10%吡丙·吡虫啉悬浮剂、24%螺螨酯悬浮剂6种药剂,采用喷施法检测对冬型梨木虱卵不同发育阶段的杀灭效果,并进行田间试验。[结果]高剂量45%马拉硫磷乳油对卵发育前期防效较好,校正杀卵活性可达77.32%;高剂量10%吡丙醚乳油对中后期的卵杀灭效果较好,校正杀灭率分别达到86.66%、87.18%;石硫合剂对不同发育阶段的冬型梨木虱卵均具有较高的防控效果,其中以前期防控效果最好,5°Be′可达91.14%。[结论]在田间防控时,推荐萌芽前施用石硫合剂进行杀卵,在萌芽后施用10%吡丙醚乳油。 [Aims]This study aims to screen out the agent for prevention and control of the eggs of winter-form pear psylla,and to determine the application period through indoor and field trials.[Methods]6 Kinds of agents,such as lime sulphur,pyriproxyfen,malathion,pyriproxyfen•chlorfenapyr,pyriproxyfen•imidacloprid,and spirotetramat were selected to conduct field trials by spraying method to detect their ovicidal activity at different development stages.[Results]High-concentration malathion indicated a high ovicidal effect at early egg development,with the corrected killing rate of 77.32%;high-concentration pyriproxyfen showed high ovicidal effect at middle and late stages with the corrected killing rate of 86.66,87.18%,respectively;lime sulphur displayed a high control effect on the eggs of winter-form pear psylla at all development stages,at which the control effect of early stage was the best with 5°Béreaching 91.14%.[Conclusions]It is recommended to use lime sulphur to kill eggs before germination and to use pyriproxyfen after germination.
