摘要
福建至厦门高速铁路碧峰寺隧道正线进口段拱腰与拱顶近水平岩层出现局部离层和剥落现象,本文对岩体失稳破坏机理进行了分析。在爆破开挖扰动下,薄板状近水平岩层隧道掌子面拱顶易形成嵌固梁结构,拱肩易形成悬臂梁结构;薄板状近水平岩层的厚度与跨度对其稳定性起控制作用。采取综合超前地质预报、超前小导管注浆、风钻钻孔弱爆破、三台阶临时仰拱法开挖、隧道监控量测等技术及施工控制措施后,隧道近水平岩层垮落与超欠挖现象得到有效控制。
There appeared local delamination and spalling phenomenon of nearly horizontal rock stratum at the arch waist and crown of the main line entrance section in Bifeng Temple tunnel of Fujian-Xiamen high speed railway.Based on the background,its instability and failure mechanism were analyzed in this paper.Under the disturbance of blasting excavation,the arch crown of tunnel excavation face in the laminal nearly horizontal rock stratum is easy to form an embedded beam structure,and the arch shoulder form a cantilever beam structure.The thickness and span of the laminal nearly horizontal rock stratum control the stability.The phenomenon of spalling,overbreak and underbreak are effectively controlled after taking the construction control measures and technologies,such as comprehensive geology forecast,grouting with advanced micropipe,weak blasting with pneumatic drill,excavating by three-step temporary invert method,and monitoring measurement.
