摘要
随着我国房屋建筑的发展进步,越来越多的企业开始加强对建筑的检测鉴定,以便能够给人们提供更好的服务。针对从接受委托到最终做出鉴定报告的全过程方法进行相应的介绍,并结合工程实例,阐述了建筑结构质量及安全性调查、检测、分析、鉴定过程中的工作方法及要点。主要从鉴定方法的定义、鉴定程序、工作要点、主体建筑结构检测方式、建筑结构检测技术、鉴定报告编写、检测技术的回顾和发展等方面进行分析,以供参考。
With the development and progress of my country’s housing construction,more and more companies have begun to strengthen the inspection and identification of buildings in order to provide better services to people.This paper introduces the whole process method from accepting the commission to making the appraisal report finally,and combine the engineering example,expound the working method and main points in the process of investigation,detection,analysis and appraisal of building structure quality and safety.It mainly analyzes the definition of identification method,identification procedures,work points,main building structure detection methods,building structure detection technology,preparation of identification report,review and development of detection technology for reference.
