摘要
以草莓(Fragaria×ananassa)‘妙香7号’为试材,探究喷施苯并噻二唑(BTH)和β-氨基丁酸(BABA)对草莓叶片蔗糖非发酵-1-相关蛋白激酶1(SnRK1)活性、植株生理生化指标及生长的影响。试验结果表明:与对照相比,喷施BTH和BABA可显著提高草莓叶片净光合速率、可溶性糖和淀粉含量、功能叶SnRK1活性以及幼苗生长量,以150 mg·L^-1 BTH和0.2 mmol·L^-1 BABA处理效果最佳。外源150 mg·L^-1 BTH和0.2 mmol·L^-1 BABA处理草莓叶片4 h显著提高了SnRK1家族基因FaSnRK1s和SnRK1下游基因FaASN1、FaUDG、FaDPS等的相对表达量;处理12 h后其表达量趋于初始水平。
Strawberry(Fragaria×ananassa)cultivar’Miaoxiang 7’was used to investigate the effect of spraying benzothiadiazole(BTH)andβ-aminobutyric acid(BABA)on sucrose non-fermenting-1-related protein kinase 1(SnRK1)activity of strawberry leaves,and physiological and biochemical indices and growth of strawberry plant.The results show that the treatments of spraying BTH and BABA significantly increased net photosynthetic rates,soluble sugar and starch contents,SnRK1 activities of functional leaves as well as seedling growth compared to the control conditions,and 150 mg·L^-1 of BTH and 0.2 mmol·L^-1 of BABA showed the optimal effects among these treatments.The relative expression of SnRK1 family FaSnRK1 s and downstream genes FaASN1,FaUDG and FaDPS increased significantly at 4 h after the treatments of exogenous 150 mg·L^-1 BTH and 0.2 mmol·L^-1 BABA;and the relative expression of these genes dropped to initial levels at 12 h.
