摘要
目的:研究免刷式外科手消毒的临床路径。方法:采用免刷式揉搓法清洗和消毒双手、前臂和肘上10 cm(简称洗手和消毒手);通过随机对照实验,进行外科免刷式揉搓洗手次数对手消毒效果的影响度研究,据此制定免刷式外科手消毒的临床路径。结果:外科免刷式洗手次数对手消毒效果无明显的影响,免刷式外科手消毒的临床路径:择期手术者:洗手前准备后先洗手、消毒手各1遍、待干;急诊手术者则为洗手前准备后直接消毒手1遍、待干;连台手术者:前一台为感染手术则洗手前后各消毒手1次,若为无菌手术只要洗手和消毒手各1次。结论:通过临床随机对照研究制定了择期手术、急诊手术和连台手术的免刷式外科手消毒的临床路径。
Objective:To study the clinical paths of surgical brushless hand disinfection.Methods:Brushless sputum was used to clean and disinfect hands,forearms and 10 cm on the elbows(referred to as hand washing and disinfecting hands);then to study the influence degree of hand-washing frequency on the brushless rub hand-disinfection effect in surgical department by randomized controlled experiment,finally to develop the clinical paths for surgical brushless hand disinfection based on the experimental results.Results:Hand-washing frequency had no obvious influence on the disinfection effect of surgical brushless hand washing.The clinical path of brushless surgical hand disinfection:Elective surgery:the preparation of washing hands,then to wash hands and disinfect hands once individually;Emergency surgery:to disinfect the hands directly after preparation for washing hands;Continuous surgery:The first one was an infection surgery,the hands was disinfected once before and after washing hands;the hands was washed and disinfected once respectively if the previous one was a sterile operation.Conclusion:The clinical pathways for surgical brushless hand disinfection of elective surgery,emergency surgery and continuous surgery have been established through randomized controlled trials.
