摘要
随着河北省社会经济发展进步,实施质量强省和标准化战略已成为促进产业结构调整和转型升级、规范市场秩序、推动技术进步和质量提升的重要手段,标准在助推质量提升中的重要作用,尤其是在质量强省建设中的重要作用日益突出。本文就实施质量强省和标准化战略推动河北迈入"质量时代"进行理论分析和研究,对于增强"质量第一、标准引领"意识,以质量提升和标准引领为主攻方向,全力推进供给侧结构性改革,实现经济社会质量型创新发展具有重要意义。
With social and economic progress made in Hebei Province,the implementation of the quality and standardization strategy in the province has become an important means to promote the adjustment and transformation of industrial structure,regulate market order,and boost technological progress and quality improvement.Standard plays an important role in promoting quality improvement,especially in the construction of a province known for high-quality products.This paper studies the implementation of quality and standardization strategy to facilitating Hebei entering a"quality era".It is of great significance to raise people’s awareness of quality and standards,improve quality and standards,promote supply-side structural reform and realize economic and social development.
