摘要
电力通信网是保障电网安全、支撑智能电网建设和推进电网公司数字化、网络化、智能化快速发展的重要基础系统,电力通信网技术也随着业务需求变化和新技术的出现不断演进。结合浙江电力无线通信网络建设和新技术探索过程,论述了适用于电网应用场景、面向5G演进的几种关键技术,同时基于实验室验证成果,提出多行业信道共享和多行业频率共享的创新应用模式,对电力通信网的技术发展和经营模式具有参考意义。
The power communication network is an important infrastructure to ensure the safety of the power grid,support the construction of smart grid and promote the digital,networked and intelligent development of power grid enterprises.The power communication network technology has also evolved with service demand changes and emerging of new technologies.In view of wireless communication network construction and exploration of new technologies in Zhejiang province,the paper expounds key technologies applicable to grid application scenarios and evolution route to 5G;besides,it proposes an innovative application model of channel sharing and frequency sharing by industries based on experimental verification,providing a reference for technical development and operation model of power communication network.
