考虑稳控系统动作策略的大电网实时风险评估 被引量:4

摘要 为准确评估电网实时运行风险,模拟事故发生过程中稳控系统动作策略对电网故障控制的影响,提出了一种考虑稳控系统动作策略的大电网实时风险评估方法。稳控系统将实时采集电网运行过程中的线路潮流、母线电压等物理量,按照预设的动作判定条件,下达动作指令,切出特定负荷或发电机组,以保证电网安全稳定运行。根据上述动作行为,构建了适用于稳控系统的策略模型。将考虑稳控系统动作策略的电力系统仿真分析过程等效为潮流计算与稳控系统动作策略分析的选代过程,从而实现对考虑稳控系统动作策略的快速分析评估。最后,基于某地区电网实际数据构造的算例表明,该评估方法有效简化了考虑稳控系统动作策略后的风险评估复染度,提升了评估.效率,对实时调度风险控制具有参考作用。 In order to accurately evaluate the real-ime operation risk of power grid and simulate the infuence of the action strategy of the stability control system on the power grid fault control during the accident,a real-time risk assessment method of large power grid considering action strategy of the stability control system is proposed.The stability control system will colleet the line power flow,bus voltage and other physical quantities in the operation process of the power grid in real time,issue action instructions according to preset action judgment conditions,and cut out specifie loads or generation unit to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid.According to the above behaviors,a strategy model is constructed for the stability control system.The power system simulation analysis process considering the action strategy of the stability control system is equivalent to the iterative process of power flow calculation and action strategy analysis of the stability control system,so as to realize the rapid analysis and evaluation of the action strategy considering the stability control system.Finally,an example based on the actual data construction of a power grid in a certain region shows that the evaluation method can efectively simplify the complexity of risk evaluation after considering the action strategy of the stability control system,improve the evaluation fficiency,and provide a reference for the real-time dispatching risk control.
