摘要
梳理PPP项目资金管理存在的融资困难、方式单一等问题,分析原因,提出完善法规体系、加强资金统筹管理等一系列应对策略,以期为有效化解PPP项目资金管理风险、提高资金管理效率提供参考。
Combs the financing difficulties and single methods of PPP project capital management,explores the reasons,and puts forward some countermeasures,such as perfecting the legal system and strengthening the overall capital management,so as to provide reference for PPP project to effectively solve the risk of capital management and improve the efficiency of capital management.
