摘要
二次核相是新设备投运期间的一项重要工作,是检验二次电压回路正确与否的最后一道防线。现阶段二次核相工作需要在新设备和参考运行设备之间临时放置电缆建立起电路联系,再通过计算采样的电压幅值才能得出核相是否正确的结论。针对其耗时费力的特点,本文研制了无线二次核相仪器,介绍了无线二次核相仪器的整体结构和基本原理,并进行了测试。与现阶段方法对比的结果表明使用该仪器可在保证核相正确的基础上大幅缩减时间和人力。
The second phase checking is an important task during the commissioning of new equipment,and it is the last line of defense to verify the correctness of the secondary voltage circuit.At this stage,the second checking of phase needs to temporarily place a cable between the new device and the reference device to establish a circuit connection,and then calculate the sampled voltage amplitude to determine whether the phase is correct.For its time-consuming and labor-intensive features,this paper has developed a wireless second checking of phase instrument.This paper introduces the overall structure and basic principles of the wireless second checking of phase instrument and applies it to production.The comparison with the current method shows that the use of this instrument can save time and manpower significantly.
