摘要
在现代工业生产的过程中,冲压工艺已经被进行广泛应用,尤其在汽车工业中有着非常重要的应用,并且占据着非常重要的比重。冲压工艺的使用可以让生产效率得到有效提升,还能对生产的成本进行降低。在汽车工业当中,冲压件的数量是比较多的,对冲压工艺进行合理的应用,能够在很大程度上提升生产的精度,对促进生产质量提升具有重要的意义。本文主要是对汽车零件复合模具及其冲压工艺进行了一定的分析和探讨,希望能够更好的促进汽车行业的发展和进步。
In the process of modern industrial production,stamping process has been widely used,especially in the automobile industry,which has a very important application and occupies a very important proportion.The use of stamping process can effectively improve the production efficiency and reduce the production cost.In the automobile industry,there are a large number of stamping parts.Reasonable application of stamping process can greatly improve the precision of production,which is of great significance to promote the improvement of production quality.This paper mainly analyzes and discusses the composite die and stamping process of automobile parts,hoping to better promote the development and progress of automobile industry.
