摘要
为研究地震作用下内嵌预制钢筋网格玻化微珠泡沫混凝土(steel-grid vitrified microsphere foamed concrete,SVMFC)夹芯复合墙板钢框架结构的受力性能和破坏机理,文章建立了内嵌预制SVMFC夹芯复合墙板钢框架结构的数值分析模型,并利用试验结果验证了数值分析模型的准确性。同时开展了钢材屈服强度fy、玻化微珠泡沫混凝土抗压强度fcu、墙板内置钢筋屈服强度、墙面板类型、墙板厚度t和梁柱线刚度比ki等诸多参数的影响分析,评价了各参数对内嵌预制SVMFC夹芯复合墙板钢框架结构抗震性能的影响。研究结果表明:fy、fcu、墙面板类型、t和ki对该结构的水平承载力和弹性刚度影响较大;当墙板开洞尺寸增大时,该结构的水平极限承载力与弹性刚度均会减小。
In order to study the mechanical behavior and failure mechanism of steel frames with embedded precast steel-grid vitrified microsphere foamed concrete(SVMFC)sandwich composite wall panels under earthquake action,the numerical analysis models of steel frames with SVMFC sandwich composite wall panels were established.The experimental results were used to verify the accuracy of the numerical analysis model of the structure.The influence of steel yield strength fy,microsphere foamed concrete strength fcu,built-in reinforcement yield strength,panel type,wall board thickness t and beam-column stiffness ratio ki was analyzed and the effect of each parameter on the seismic performance of steel frames with SVMFC sandwich composite wall panels was evaluated.The results show that fy,fcu,panel type,t and ki have a great influence on the horizontal bearing capacity and elastic stiffness of steel frames with SVMFC sandwich composite wall panels.When the opening size of the wall panel is increased,the horizontal ultimate bearing capacity and elastic stiffness of steel frames with SVMFC sandwich composite wall panels are reduced.
