摘要
可靠性预计是可靠性设计分析的重要环节,可以为产品设计、试验、保障资源配置等提供支撑。本文简要介绍实践中应用较多的两种电子产品可靠性预计方法——基于手册的预计方法和基于失效物理的预计方法,及其代表性的标准、手册,分析总结了这两种方法的优缺点,并提出了电子产品可靠性预计应用和发展的建议。
Reliability prediction is an important link in reliability design and analysis.It can give support to the design,testing,support resources allocation of products.Two common reliability prediction methods of electronic products,handbook based and physics of failure based,are presented in this paper.Some standards and handbooks that have representativeness are introduced also.For each method,the merit and disappointment are analyzed and summarized.Suggestions for development and implementing of prediction methods of electronic products are proposed at last.
