摘要
从使用舒适、便捷优先和通行安全3个角度,分析了城市道路为行人、非机动车等慢行交通服务上存在的不足,提出了精细化设计改进方法,其具体措施有:改进人行道铺装、优化附属设施布置、优化非机动车道线形、交叉口和车站处慢行优先、慢行隔离设施选型、路面抬升稳静化设计等﹒优化人行道铺装尺寸、非机动车道平纵线形指标、最小宽度取值、行人过街最大绿灯间隔时长等慢行交通设计参数,有助于城市道路设计精细化.
From the three angles of comfort,convenience priority and traffic safety,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of urban roads in slow traffic services such as pedestrians and non-motorized vehicles,and puts forward a refinement design improvement method.The specific measures include:improving pavement of sidewalks,optimizing the layout of ancillary facilities,optimizing the alignment index of non-motorized lanes,giving priority to slow-moving at intersections and stations,selecting slow-moving isolation facilities,and designing pavement lifting and stabilization.The slow traffic design parameters of optimizing the pavement size,non motorized lane horizontal and vertical alignment index,minimum width value and maximum green light interval for pedestrian crossing are put forward,which is helpful to the refinement of urban road design.
