摘要
参考蒙医经典文献分析蒙医学对抑郁症的认识,查找蒙医现代临床诊治及实验研究。蒙医学中无“抑郁症”病名,但抑郁症的临床症状与病变规律与蒙医学“心思病”“悲伤狂”相似。蒙医学抑郁症的病因病机与赫依、心、白脉等关系最为密切。蒙医传统针刺疗法治疗抑郁症以蒙医学基础理论为总原则,可起到调节机体三根平衡、改善抑郁情绪及调理脏腑等作用。蒙医针刺治疗抑郁症有较好的临床疗效及无副作用。
The understanding of depression in Mongolian medicine was analyzed by searching to the classical literature of Mongolian medicine,and the modern clinical diagnosis and treatment and experimental research of Mongolian medicine,so as to conduct in-depth research and investigation.There is no named disease in Mongolian medicine,but the clinical symptoms and pathological changes of depression are similar to those of"mind disease"and"grief mania"in Mongolian medicine.The etiology and pathogenesis of depression are most closely related to heyi(赫依),heart and white pulse.Traditional acupuncture therapy in Mongolian medicine treats depression according to the general principle of the basic theory of Mongolian medicine,so as to achieve the effects of regulating the three root balance of the body,improving the depression mood and regulating the functions of internal organs.Acupuncture treatment of depression by Mongolian medicine has good clinical efficacy and no side effects.
