摘要
根结线虫可导致危害严重的土传植物病害,多粘类芽孢杆菌(Paenibacillus polymyxa)KM2501-1由于对南方根结线虫(Meloidogyne incognita)具有良好拮抗效果,因而具有开发潜力.通过小型发酵罐对KM2501-1菌株进行发酵生产,并对发酵液原液进行温室盆栽和田间小区试验的效果评价.结果显示,发酵液上清对南方根结线虫2龄幼虫具有很好的触杀活性,48 h后线虫的校正死亡率可达93.7%.在温室试验中,与清水对照相比,发酵液处理组番茄根结指数显著降低,在5、10和20 mL/盆范围内随着施用量的加大而不断下降,防治效果最高达到55.9%,接近阿维菌素的防治效果(64.7%).在田间试验中,发酵液处理组番茄根结指数也显著低于清水对照组,防治效果最高达到41.8%,优于阿维菌素的防治效果(29.4%);此外,番茄株高与地上部鲜重也显著增高,其中鲜重提高29.9%.因此,多粘类芽孢杆菌KM2501-1发酵液可有效控制番茄根结线虫病害并促进植株生长,具有开发应用前景.(图2表4参26)
Root-knot nematodes(Meloidogyne incognita) can cause serious soil-transmitted plant diseases. Paenibacillus polymyxa KM2501-1 has been reported to have a strong antagonistic effect on M. incognita in vitro and thus has development potential. In this study, Paenibacillus polymyxa KM2501-1 was fermented in a small fermentation tank, then the nematicidal effect of KM2501-1 was evaluated in greenhouse potted and field experiments. The results show that the fermentation supernatant has good contact nematicidal activity against second stage juveniles of M. incognita, and the nematode correction mortality rate for 48 hours was 93.7%. Compared with the control group, the root gall index of tomato in the KM2501-1 fermentation liquid treatment group decreased significantly in the greenhouse experiment. The root gall index continued to decrease with an increase in dosage of fermentation liquid(dosages were equal to 5, 10, and 20 mL/pot), with the highest efficacy reaching 55.9%, which was close to that of avermectin(64.7%). In the field experiment, the root gall index in the fermentation liquid treatment group was also significantly lower than that of the control group;the highest efficacy reached 41.8%, and its efficacy was higher than that of avermectin(29.4%). In addition, in the field experiment, the ground fresh weight and plant height of the fermentation liquid treatment group significantly increased compared with the control(ground fresh weight increased by 29.9%). This study shows that Paenibacillus polymyxa KM2501-1 fermentation liquid could effectively control tomato root-knot nematode disease and promote plant growth, leading to the prospect of its wide use and application in agriculture.
