摘要
教育部出台的“43号令”明确界定了辅导员的身份和职责。随着时代的变迁,角色认知不深入、工作期望值与现实回报产生落差、职业认同感得不到共鸣、新型师生关系的复杂性等都会让高校辅导员产生职业倦怠感。该文以政策,理论为指导方针、实践为检验依据,提出思维革新、换位思考,辅导员角色定位再认知、工作方法优化提质等可行性措施,从而用提升辅导员专业胜任力来缓解职业倦怠感。
The Ministry of Education issued the"Order 43",which clearly defined the identity and responsibilities of counselors.With the changes of the times,the role cognition deficiency,the difference between job expectation and practical rewards,the lack of professional identity as well as the complexity of the new teacher-student relationship can make college counselors feel job burnout.Based on relevant policies,theories and practice,this paper puts forward some feasible measures,such as thinking innovation,transposition thinking,re-cognition of counselors'role,optimization of working methods etc.,so as to improve the professional competence of counselors and ease their sense of job burnout.
