微波消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定恩施富硒茶中金属元素含量 被引量:8

Determination of Metal Elements in Enshi Selenium-Enriched Tea by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry with Microwave Digestion

摘要 为建立利用微波消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定恩施富硒茶中金属元素含量的方法,采用硝酸-双氧水处理来自湖北省恩施土家族苗族自治州的富硒茶样品,并对其进行微波消解,然后用原子吸收光谱法测定茶叶中Ca、Mg、Zn、Fe、Cu、Mn、Na、K、Sr、Cr、Ni、Se共12种金属元素的含量,并对方法的灵敏度、准确度、精密度进行分析。结果表明,恩施富硒茶中Ca、Mg、Zn、Fe、Cu、Mn、Na、K、Sr、Cr、Ni、Se的含量分别为1410.29、1396.22、103.84、150.88、12.68、311.57、357.42、14021.99、7.09、3.77、10.08、0.31μg/g。该方法灵敏度高(上述金属元素的检出限分别为0.0112、0.0125、0.0019、0.0015、0.0057、0.0125、0.0038、0.0059、0.0124、0.0045、0.0063、0.0089),且回收率为95.3%~104.8%,相对标准偏差<5%。利用微波消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定恩施富硒茶中金属元素含量,该方法精密度较好,准确度较高,为恩施富硒茶叶中金属元素含量的进一步研究提供了数据支持。 To establish a method for determining the content of metal elements in Enshi selenium-rich tea by flame atomic absorption spectrometry with microwave digestion,the samples of selenium-rich tea from Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture of Hubei Province were treated by nitric acid-hydrogen peroxide,and digested by microwave,and then the content of 12 metal elements including Ca,Mg,Zn,Fe,Cu,Mn,Na,K,Sr,Cr,Ni and Se in tea were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry,and the sensitivity,accuracy and precision of the method were analyzed.The results showed that the content of Ca,Mg,Zn,Fe,Cu,Mn,Na,K,Sr,Cr,Ni,Se in the tea was 1410.29,1396.22,103.84,150.88,12.68,311.57,357.42,14021.99,7.09,3.77,10.08,0.31μg·g^-1,respectively.The method had high sensitivity(detection limit of the above metal elements was 0.0112,0.0125,0.0019,0.0015,0.0057,0.0125,0.0038,0.0059,0.0124,0.0045,0.0063,0.0089 respectively),and the recovery rate was 95.3%~104.8%,and the relative standard deviation was less than 5%.The method of flame atomic absorption spectrometry with microwave digestion for the determination of metal elements in Enshi selenium-enriched tea had good precision and high accuracy,which was a further supplement for the study of metal element content in Enshi selenium-enriched tea.
