摘要
随着社会经济的发展和人们生活水平的不断提升,老年人群数量不断增加,老年人由于机体功能减退,部分人常伴随多种疾病,其中老年肺炎患者的发病率越来越高。老年肺炎发病隐匿,且患者的病情进展较快,容易发生各种并发症,因此老年肺炎患者如果不能得到及时的控制治疗,将严重危害患者的身体健康。目前,老年肺炎是老年群体死亡的主要病因之一。临床主要采用药物治疗,控制患者的炎症症状,从而有效提高老年肺炎的临床治疗效果,改善患者的生活质量。老年肺炎在中医学中归属于"风温肺热病"、"咳嗽"等范畴。中医认为老年肺炎病机复杂,与外邪侵袭、正气亏虚相关。近年来,中医治疗老年肺炎取得了较好的临床治疗效果。为了进一步分析中医治疗老年肺炎的进展,本文针对老年肺炎的中医治疗方法进行了综述。
With the development of social economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standard,the number of elderly population is increasing. Due to the decline of body function,some elderly people often have many diseases,and the incidence rate of senile pneumonia patients is higher and higher.Because of the occult onset of senile pneumonia,and the patient’s quick condition progresses,it is prone to various complications. Therefore,if senile pneumonia patients can not get timely control treatment,it will seriously harm the health of patients. At present,senile pneumonia is one of the main causes of death in the elderly. Clinical treatment mainly uses drugs to control the inflammatory symptoms of patients,so as to effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of senile pneumonia and improve the quality of life of patients. In traditional Chinese medicine,senile pneumonia belongs to the category of "wind warming lung heat disease" and "cough". Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the pathogenesis of senile pneumonia is complex,which is related to the invasion of external pathogenic factors and deficiency of positive Qi. In recent years,Chinese medicine has achieved good clinical effect in the treatment of senile pneumonia. In order to further analyze the progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of senile pneumonia,this paper reviews the traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods of senile pneumonia.
