摘要
确定2019年黑龙江国家储备林基地建设营造林核查范围与对象;通过对黑龙江省各地市区国家储备林新造林成效核查评价,探讨核查方法,分析核查结果;分析目前黑龙江省国家储备林基地建设中营造林存在的问题,不断加强森林经营,促进林业提质增效,改善区域生态环境,充分发挥林业在山区扶贫攻坚的作用。
This paper determines the scope and objects of the afforestation verification for the construction of the Heilongjiang National Reserve Forest Base in 2019;and through the verification and evaluation of the effectiveness of the new afforestation of the National Reserve Forest in various urban areas of Heilongjiang Province,discusses the verification methods and analyzes the verification results;analyzes the current Heilongjiang National Reserve Forest In the construction of the base,there are problems in afforestation,continuously strengthen forest management,promote the improvement of forestry quality and efficiency,improve the regional ecological environment,and give full play to the role of forestry in poverty alleviation in mountainous areas.
