摘要
目的:探讨CDH17在胃癌肿瘤组织中的表达及其在临床病理诊断中的价值。方法:采用免疫组化Maxvision法检测133例胃癌组织中CDH17及CDX-2的表达,同时检测97例正常胃粘膜组织CDH17的表达。结果:CDH 17在胃癌组织中阳性表达率为61.6%,高于正常胃粘膜上皮细胞阳性表达率8.2%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。CDH 17表达与肿瘤临床分期、Lauren分型和淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。胃癌组织中CDH 17表达阳性率高于CDX-2,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CDH 17在胃癌组织中表达上调,其表达水平与肿瘤临床分期、Lauren分型以及淋巴结转移相关,胃癌中CDH 17阳性率高于CDX-2,有一定的鉴别诊断价值。
Objective:To investigate the expression of CDH17 in gastric carcinoma and its diagnostic value.Methods:The expression of CDH17 and CDX-2 was tested by using immunohistochemical Envision two-step method in 133 cases of gastric carcinoma,.At the same time,CDH17 expression in 97 normal gastric tissue was also detected.Results:(1)The positive rates of CDH17 in gastric carcinoma and normal gastric tissue were 61.6%and 8.2%,respectively(P<0.001).(2)Expression of CDH17 in gastric cancer was correlated with clinical stage,Lauren typing and Lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).(3)The positive rate of CDH17 in gastric carcinoma is significantly higher than CDX-2(P<0.05).Conclusion:CDH17 expression was up-regulated in gastric cancer,which was related with the prognosis of gastric carcinoma patients,besides,it was a specific biomarker for gastric carcinoma diagnosis.
