枸杞对盐碱胁迫响应机制的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 枸杞为茄科枸杞属植物,在我国西北干旱地区广泛分布,具有耐旱、耐盐碱、耐瘠薄、生态适应性广等优良特点。其果实枸杞子是我国传统中药材,具有滋补肝肾、益精明目之功效。近年来,在宁夏的带动下,新疆、青海、内蒙古、甘肃等省(区)也已成为枸杞种植的主产区;枸杞产业在我国的快速发展,不仅保护了我国西北地区脆弱的生态环境,也为当地农民创业增收提供了良好途径。本文综述了枸杞对盐碱胁迫响应机制的研究进展,内容涵盖了盐碱胁迫对枸杞种子的萌发、幼苗生长、光合特性、生理生化特性等方面的影响,并在此基础上概述了目前提高枸杞抗盐碱性的有效措施,旨在为今后深入研究和开发利用枸杞提供参考依据。 Wolfberry belongs to the family of Solanaceae.It is widely distributed in arid areas of Northwest China with the characteristics of drought avoidance,saline-alkaline tolerance,barren resistance and sound ecological adaptability and etc.At the same time,the fruit of wolfberry is also widely used in Chinese traditional medicine.It has the functions of nourishing liver and kidney and improving eyesight.In recent years,led by Ningxia,Xianjiang,Qinghai,Inner Mongolia and Gansu have also become main producing areas of wolfberry.The rapid development of wolfberry industry is beneficial to the fragile ecological environment in Northwest China,but also provides chances for local peasant entrepreneurship and income increase.The research progress of wolfberry’s response mechanism to saline-alkali stress was reviewed in this paper,including the effects of saline-alkali stress on wolfberry seed’s germination,seedling growth,photosynthetic traits and etc.On the basis,effective measures were proposed to improve wolfberry’s saline-alkali tolerance,in hope of providing references for wolfberry’s research,development and utilization.
