摘要
针对无极绳连续牵引载重车厢在运输人员或者货物时由于振动造成的脱轨、掉道、侧翻等安全事故,在平巷直线、水平转弯半径9 m、垂直转弯半径15 m三种工况下,对普通轨轮系装置和卡轨轮系装置载重车厢的振动进行试验。在多种运行速度下,对不同轮系的振动性能分析表明,卡轨轮系装置的载重车箱稳定性能最好。
Aiming at the safety accidents such as derailment,track falling and rollover caused by vibration of personnel or goods in load carriage of endless rope continuous driven tractor,the vibration of load carriage of common rail gear train device and clamping rail gear train device were tested under three working conditions of roadway straight line,horizontal turning radius of 9 m and vertical turning radius of 15 m. Under the various running speeds,the vibration performance analysis of different gear trains shows that the stability performance of load carriage with rail clamping device is the best.
