摘要
近年来,随着我国资本市场的不断开放,国家短期资本流动规模不断扩大,波动程度不断加剧,管理难度不断加大,而短期资本流动管理不当易对我国金融市场乃至经济产生重大影响。本文阐述了我国短期资本流动的现状,回顾了我国短期资本流动管理工具的运用,并结合短期资本流动管理国际经验,针对性提出我国短期资本流动监管的路径选择。
Recently, with the continuous China’s capital market opening, the scale and volatility of short-term capital flows has increased. It becomes more difficult to management short-term capital flows. Mismanagement of short-term capital flows has significant impact on financial market even economy. This paper explains the current situation of China’s short-term capital flows, and reviews the application of short-term capital flows management tools. Then on base of learning from international experience, it puts forward the path selection of China’s shortterm capital flows supervision.
